When applying for the "One-for-One" scheme, note that you must scrap the old vehicle before purchasing the new one. The scrapping, cancellation of registration of the old private car, and submission of the first registration application for the replacement electric private car must all occur by March 31, 2026, and the time between these actions must not exceed 3 months.
